Making Workouts Fun So You Stay Motivated Doc #CP

Many of us don't do the 30 minutes of physical activity that experts say we should do every day. A lot of us start out with a good goal, which we at first do our best to reach by going to the gym and eating well. But after a while, these good intentions lose their power. A big part of the problem is that exercise can get boring and boring. But that's not necessary.

Try some of these suggestions for making getting fit more fun.

Go With A Freind

Find a gym buddy if it's hard for you to get out of bed in the morning for a hard workout at the gym before you go to work, or if you're good at finding any reason not to work out after work. If you work out with a friend, you won't have as many reasons not to, and you might even have fun.

Attend A Class

Try something different as opposed to the usual gym class. You could sign up for a class in your area, such as yoga, Zumba, spinning, or swimming. You can have fun, and if you're lucky, you might even meet some new people.

Without Knowing It, You Work Out

You don't need to spend hours at the gym to get in better shape. Shopping for an hour burns 175 calories while doing housework for an hour burns 191 calories. You shouldn't go to the mall instead of the gym, but there are many ways to stay active that don't feel like exercising. Step outside and do some gardening. Go around the house and dance. Take the dog for a walk.

Remember To Reward Yourself

You should give yourself a reward for the time you devote to working out. For every workout you do, you could put some cash in a jar. Check how much you've saved at the end of the month and use that money to buy something nice for yourself, like a fancy lunch or relaxing sports massage.

Use Applications On Your Phone or Tablet

There are a lot of apps that can help you stay on track. You can keep track of your exercises, what you eat, and the amount of water you drink. You can also get tips and reminders. Look at a bunch of apps and see which ones you like.

Turn Up The Volume

Instead of working out alone, make a playlist of songs that make you feel good and keep you moving. There are already a lot of workout playlists out there, or you could make a unique playlist with all your favorite songs. Music can make a workout a lot more fun.

What your Favourite Shows

Instead of going home to watch TV when you get off work, go to the gym and watch TV while you're on the treadmill or stationary bike. So, you can work out and watch your favorite shows at the same time.

These tips soon get you enjoying your workouts and make it easier to keep motivated.
