Hug Time Poppy Troll Doll | Toy Review

Hey! I'm not giving up today There's nothing getting in my way And if you knock knock me over I will get back up again... do you know how many times have heard those lyrics since the Dream Works Trolls movie came out? Let's just say at least a million and one times, plus my son has seen it three times at the cinema.

My toddlers love for everything Trolls is unbreakable at the moment, so you can imagine his delight when i manged to get my hands on a DreamWorks hug time Poppy troll doll from Hasbro this week. The doll is on sale from all good toy retailers for £49.99 so if you need to get hold of that last minute present for your little troll fan at home then it might be worth reading on:

The Poppy doll is a loveable, colorful and fun loving princess who would light-up any kids day. She loves hugs, pink light-up hair, a beautiful blue dress and a flower watch. In the bow you get a princesses crown, a comb for her hair and a matching flower watch.

The flower watch is one of the best features of the toy as you little one can wear it and press it to interact with Poppy. Once you press the button on the flower watch she speaks 25 phrases or sings songs from the movie. Not only does she sing and talk when interacted with the watch and her hair also light-up, making her fun to play with in the day or night!

It is also worth mentioning that Poppy was also designed to sing and talk without the watch so when you hug her,  press her tummy or give her a good old shake or dance with her she also says all of her phrases. My toddler and 19 month old were more than happy to give you all a little demonstration of how she works:

Poppy is a fun, interactive toy who will help teach your little one about friendship and keep their love for trolls ignited until the next movie!

Some other parenting bloggers have also reviewed and loved Poppy also so why not check-out their reviews as well:
