Netflix Stream Team Member 2016-17

I am over the moon to finally announce that i have officially been recruited by Netflix to join their elite Stream Team.

As a member of the #StreamTeam i get to bring and share with you the latest news, reviews and innovations from the best streaming service on the planet. I personally want to share with you my thoughts on programs in their Fantasy and Horror sections, as well as diving into the weird and wonderful children's programs they have on offer.

To welcome us into the crew Netflix kindly sent over a wide-range of goodies us to get stuck into. The gift-box included an I-pad mini so we can watch Netflix on-the-go, Dinotrux figures, a Veggie Tales soft toy, sweets, popcorn, a T-shirt, two Netflix tea cups and an awesome water bottle.

I have used Netflix in the past but if i am being honest i have never given it the time and attention it deserved. What you can expect is for me to bring you unbiased views of the service, i want you to hear the good, bad and ugly about the service.

I have already set-up my membership which was very easy, i have even set-up channels for Ted and my other-half. During the process it was nice to see that the service asks and considers each of the profiles preferences and by doing so it serves the most relevant and interesting programs to your preferences.

So after we set Ted's profile up tonight we wanted to check-out Dinotrux, a program that we have never heard of before as we usually watch Milkshake or CBBC on a morning/night. As he won't shut up about it i thought it might make for my first review in the coming months, so watch this space!

So here are a couple or programs i have my eye on watching on Netflix:

Daredevil

I love the Marvel Universe so Daredevil seems like a great fit for me. I have heard people raving about it so i am going to dive into season one in the hope that i can erase the 2003 movie from my memory. For those of you not yet familiar with the storyline; Matt Murdock, with his other senses superhumanly enhanced, fights crime as a blind lawyer by day, and vigilante by night.

Scream
I grew-up with the Scram franchise and have been committed to it since becoming captivated. What starts as a YouTube video going viral soon leads to problems for the teenagers of Lakewood and serves as the catalyst for a murder that opens up a window to the town's troubled past.

Well thanks for reading, i would love to get your thoughts on the service and or any of the programs we are going to dive into. Be sure to following Netflix on Twitter for the latest news, products and offers:
