The Ten Commandments of Parenthood

The Ten Commandments are a set of commandments which the Bible describes as having been given to the Israelites by God at biblical Mount Sinai. These 10 beneficial laws were given by the God to show followers how to live a better life now and please God forever.

Whilst i am not religious i though it might be a great idea to create 10 commandments for parenthood. These 10 rules should be followed by every new parent to ensure they do the best they can for their own child, family members and friends.
  1. You shall not lecture another parent about 'breast being best'
  2. You shall not gloat to others about every bloody milestone
  3. You shall not compare your own offspinrgs progress to another
  4. You shall have the right to moan about a lack of sleep to any person
  5. You shall not follow the crowd and play by societies the 'rule book'
  6. Honour your family, friends and loved ones for baby sitting
  7. You shall not take advantage of another parents generosity
  8. Remember to share you wisdom with others
  9. Remember to pass on items to those less fortunate that you
  10. You shall live, laugh and love as if each day was you last
What do you think?
Shall we get these printed and added to the bounty packs?

If i have missed anything please do let me know!
