This week i have decided to take on the 30 day sit up challenge, why you ask? Well i have started putting on a little weight and i have noticed that hardly any of my jeans fit me any more.
Whilst I'm not overweight i don't want to let the early stages of parenthood hinder my fitness levels. Since ruining my ligaments in October i haven't really done much of anything, the occasional game of squash is all that i have managed.
So i decided to jump on one of the most toughest 30 day fitness challenges. The image below shows you how many i have to do each day to reach the 140 sit-up by day 30.
Will i be able to make-it 30 days? Will i even remember to do them? I will give you a weekly update on my progress and maybe a video on day 30!
