#BeMoreAdventurous

The folks over at intotheblue.co.uk are running a New Years Selfie Challenge - they want to encourage people to try something new this year!

I love nothing more than trying out new things and getting out outdoors so i thought i would enter the #BeMoreAdventurous challenge. So today i headed over to Edwood Park, the home of Blackburn Rovers football club to watch my first live game of 2015.

I have supported Liverpool for most of my living life and whilst i will support them till the end, i think it is always nice to show your support to teams lower down in the leagues. As Rovers is only and an hour away from Harrogate i thought that i would take my Brother and Dad out to Watch the Rovers take on Wolves.

It was a fab day, we avoided the rain for most of the match but towards the end of the game the heavens opened. Even though we were soaked through we had a great time, we were sat right besides the dug-outs so we heard loads of the action and complaints from both managers.

Yes Rovers lost, but experiencing a new ground, new fans and a great family friendly atmosphere was well worth it. Moving into 2015 we plan on visit more ground around Yorkshire; Elland Road is the next new stadium on the list.
