times change and babies change with them....

The little one is now 10 months old in a few days. I have enjoyed this last month more than any other as he his character and personality are shinning through.

A few of the most noticeable changes are his..... laughter, his continued awareness and his communication.

He has started to piece words together, he has moved on from saying mum and dad, and now likes to say tar, hiya and bot bot. Like any parent we take every opportunity possible to show his vocabulary skills off to family, friends and strangers in cafe's.

His laugh has become even more infectious with his laugh now becoming higher pitched and higher in volume. He now reminds me of the chuckling clown that sat outside the entrance to Blackpool Pleasure Beach. He laughs at almost anything if you approach the scenario with a smile on your face and speak in a high squeaky voice. Peek-a-poo is one of the most affective tools in the box of tricks!

He likes to watch people, rather than get involved he likes to sit and watch everything when outside of the house. It seems that he is processing the world around him and trying to understand what folk are doing and why. He is still a little devil, he can often be found climbing on the stair-gates and standing up on the coffee table.

One of my personal favourite changes is what i refer to as the raspberry phase. Yes he has learned to make fart noises, i find the highly amusing and for a 10 months old i know he also loves it. So when we have locked him in the car seat and we're on our travels all i have to do is fake a few farts and i will set him off for hours!
