With only three of its luxury detached properties remaining at the Pickering development, the winners can also have the explore The Gateway and enjoy a day with the family in the market town, nestled on the outskirts of the rolling moors.

- The winners will be selected at random and contact within 1 month of the draw.
- Entrants must supply the required contact details to be contacted - failure to do so will mean they are withdraw from the competition
- The competition is run with David Wilson Homes and is no way affiliated with the North Yorkshire Moors Railway
