With time to kill today i thought i would take a step back and create an overview of my usual daily routine. I thought it might be worth sharing to show other dads a regular day in the life of a working dad looks like. Take a look:

6:40 rise from the pit, weary eyed and fragile. 
6:50 search for the dog-lead and head phones for the morning dog walk. 
7:20 dry off from inevitable downpour and feed the dog.
7:30 jump in the shower
7:40 clumsily stumble around for the a decent pair of jeans, shirt and socks. 
7:50 grab my lunch and bounce out of the door into the car for the stop start journey to work in Leeds.
8:20 catch up on all the latest news, views and opinions from the various industry's my clients are in.
8:45 innovate and create at work
12:30 enjoy pasta and chilli dish, can of coke and variety of unhealthy snacks. 
13:30 innovate and create at work 
17:15 jump in the car back to Harrogate!
17:50 be greeted by the dog, the baby and girl friend
18:00 play time with Theo (tummy time, talking,bouncer, etc)
18:20 it's tea time..... 
18:30 sit down to catch up on tv shows or either Play golf, squash or go for a run
19:30 feed the baby!!
19:50 bath the baby
20:20 babies bed time
20:45 sit down, relax and laugh
21:30 tidy up, clean bottles and lock up.
22:00 sit down again and chill on the laptop 
23:00 it's bed time!
1:00 Theo's wakes up for a feed and it's my turn! 

So that's the day in the life of a working dad. It's not show biz or rock and roll but it's my life and I love it!
