Blind Cord Safety Advice & Infographic

Loosely handing blind cords can be a strangulation risks to your children; RoSPA's own research shows that there have been at least 27 deaths across the UK since 1999 (14 of which have occurred since the start of 2010).

 It might not be the biggest concern you will ever have but it is one you must have to ensure your child doesn't become another statistic. I have recently installed a blind in my sons room and had to go out to the local DIY to buy a safety clip.

 The clip was £1, it was easy to install, giving me piece of mind for when my son gets bigger and starts exploring his room.
