My new home: A 10 week project

This week we got our hands on the keys for our new house. This is our 2nd house and this is one the biggest projects we will ever undertake.

The house hasn't been lived in for two years so as you can Imagen we have a lot to do. We have to replace the kitchen, carpets, fuse box, boiler, ridge-tiles, radiators, plug sockets, have the house pointed, air bricks replaced and most importantly the decorating of every single room.

We are currently living with the in-laws so we have no real rush to get the house done. But saying that the quicker we can move in the better and that's why we have said we want it all finished in ten weeks!

So we have a lot to get done and as you will be able to tell from the following photos we have done a shed load of work in the last few days: We have ripped out the kitchen, carpets and stripped the living-room walls:
