Super-Awesome t+ Green Tea

The find folk over at tplusdrinks.com noticed i was a tea-lover on Twitter and were kind enough to send me over some of their super-duper Green Teas for me try out at work.

For those of you unfamiliar with the brand, T+ are a new, independent, British company with a simple plan to help everyone drink and live just a little bit better.

They sell four super green-teas that are all natural, all flavourful, all good. Whether you’re feeling a bit run down, need an afternoon pick me up, need to reassure your body you still love it, or just simply want a darn good tasting drink, there's a t+ for every reason;

The packaging is very colourful, well-produced and packed full of information. The packaging really does help sell the brand and it give more detail than another of manufacture on what's inside that little white bag and why.

I had the chance to try all four flavours and i did really enjoy them all. It was something different from my usual English Breakfast. By-far my taste-buds danced more for the Apple and Blackcurrant detox, I've already used half of them!

The detox tea is a beautiful blend of goodness, they say it can help you on those days when your body isn't feeling like much of a temple anymore. The t+ detox was designed to gently help your body cleanse itself after a heavy weekend, or simply play the supporting role in that weekly health kick mission - a detox is what many of need on a Monday morning!

In terms of ingredients that have bold flavour-full combinations of ginger root and dandelion root which have been used for centuries in Asia to help support internal cleansing. This is all topped off with natural apple and blackcurrant flavourings to give you a little mug of much needed TLC.

I loved the taste, if you want a green tea that smacks you in the mouth with flavour then this is the tea you should invest in!

Green tea is super good for you, bursting with heart healthy antioxidants, natural and easy to drink. Happy days! However, it's a bit of an acquired taste and can sometimes be too bitter or a bit boring. Herbal tea had the same problem, super powerful botanicals, but the taste equivalent to drinking nettle flavoured water didn't really work for them. Fruit tea ( sometimes ) hit the flavour button, but there was nothing else really going on in the cup, despite the name there was usually no trace of tea, just a few fruit pieces with artificial fruit flavour enhancers.
