The Chair Harness

The kind folks over at the Gro-store.com sent me over a travel chair-harness to try-out this week.

We can't expect all of our friends to have a spare high-chair hidden away. It would be odd for those without kids to house a high-chair for that occasional visit.

I was already familiar with the Gro Company as we have had a Gro-Egg in Ted's room since he was born. We wanted the Jazz Stripe Chair Harness because of this reason and we know how annoying it can be to battle through meal-time when a toddler is not locked or tied down to a chair.

The colourful harness only costs £10 and is ideal for when you’re out and about. It is super-handy, lightweight and it will fit most dining chairs.

The packaging provided gives clear guidelines on how to set-up the harness. I was able to read and set-up the hardiness within two minutes. You simply fit the adjustable straps around the chair and fasten the easy-to-use rucksack style clips – instant, secure baby seat!

We let the boy test it out and he loved it, he seemed to prefer it to his plastic high-chair so we kept it up for a few days until it needed washing; it's Machine washable at 40°C :)

The harness even folds conveniently away within seconds into its own small bag when not in use.

The harness is only suitable for babies from 8-30 months who can sit unsupported.

We love the chair harness and we now never leave without it, we keep it in the car just in case :)

Don't just take my word for it, Which? the number one consumer reviews and right site even have a page specially on the harness, compete with reviews and tests; http://www.which.co.uk/baby-and-child/nursery-and-feeding/reviews/high-chairs/the-gro-company-chair-harness/review/

I've found a short video that shows you just how easy it is to install and use;

The Gro Company do some great stuff on social so please go and give them a follow;
