This year Matalan are running a Christmas Charity campaign to support the Alder Hey Children's Hospital Charity. The campaigns purpose of the campaign is to raise funds and awareness for the Hospital. All of the previous is achieved through the purchasing of one of the hats via matalan.co.uk and in store. You can buy one of the hats in a variety of colours from only £4 and all of the profits made from the sales of the hats go directly to the hospital!
The campaign is centred around the battle between the Beanie VS Bobble and for those who invest in one of the hats they're encouraged to Tweet and share a picture of themselves wearing your hat with either #IMABOBBLE or #IMABEANIE.
There are a shed-load of celebrities involved with the campaign and i can see on Twitter that hundreds of people have already shared their selfies and or have uploaded their photos onto the website here.
We jumped on team Beanie as you can see and even took them for a test-drive in the wind and rain at the park.....
