Baby's First Haircut

This week we decided to cut our 15mo hair as his long curly-locks were growing beyond cute and into crazy-man territory.

Ted was bless with a full head of hair at birth and it has continued to grow wildly ever since. My partner was a hairdresser before she moved into accountancy so she knows a thing or two when it comes to cutting the old bob and making look sensible.

So at first we sat him down on daddies lap, mummy had all of her tools out ready so he didn't get distracted during the cut. Before we started "the cut" we had placed the I-pad directly in front of him and turned on Timmy Time for him to watch. The I-pad didn't a great job of keeping him distracted for 90% of the time. He did turn around every now and then to check what was happening.

I guess the trick was to keep him occupied and free from restraint. We took a short video to show you how well he did;
