My Top Five Pet Hates

I love a good moan when something grinds my gears.... I was always told that a problem shared is a problems halved, so I thought I’d share some of the things that really irritate me. 

I do hope that others share my views and some of these will be generally familiar to you and your household. So what does the Yorkshire Dad hate:

Is there anything worse than sitting down to do your "business" and recoiling in horror as you notice the apparent absence of toilet-roll missing from the holder.     

This one might be more common that i thought.. i hate it when "someone" leaves the cap open or ff tooth-paste. Dry tooth-paste is vile, its always torture chewing on hard paste!

Cold-calling.... these bast*ards call me every bloody day. Its either PPI, cheaper energy or i have won a million dollars. The can strike at any time usually 7am or in an important meeting at work. These annoying calls are now answered by myself and the caller is left trying to talk to his/herself.

I am happy for anyone to believe or do anything, i do not judge as its each to their own. However it rubs me up the wrong way when nutters try to force their religious beliefs onto you or the judge you for being a non-believer. The guys and girls in town offering free hugs are guys, be on the lookout!  

Why can you not record more than one program on Sky, you can on Virgin Media? Anyone i am brand loyal so i have to make lie changing decisions every day when a messages pops up informing me i have to either stop recording Emmerdale or Hollyoaks! Everyday the soaps starting times seem to change and class, and it always seems to fall to me to make the call. I hate this and this needs to be sorted.
