So the kind folks over at Brantano Footwear got in touch and asked me to put a pair of the Men's Sandals to the test. Now that the warmer weather is hanging around i could not think of no better time to take the sandals out for a spin.I confess that i usually stick to Birkenstock in the warmer weather but of course i was happy to try something new.
So i got to test a pair of Hi-Tec Laguna Strap Casual Sandals, on sale for just £30.
They arrived in the post via a courier, wrapped in branded film the box arrived in good condition.
The sandals come with adjustable hook and loops fastening straps that give you a great and secure fit, unlike flip-flop they didn't rub my feet on the first wear. There is nothing more annoying that that new shoe blister you get on the back of your heal or inside your big toe.
The soft touch foot-bed was honestly very comfortable and the yellow highlights make the shoe a tad more trendy than your traditional boring grey sandals. Other impressive features include:

- Moulded impact-absorbing EVA midsole - ensures long lasting cushioning and comfort.
- MDT rubber outsole - improves grip and provides durability.
Not only have i been wearing around the house on the hot and humid days, but i also took them along to Center Parcs in which i put them through some long walks, on which they held up well.
